Making Protein Powder
You should use at least 1 scale of protein powders that you will start as of the 7th day after the surgery, depending on the brand and content.
In order to absorb this scale of protein powder very well, you can first shake it in 50 mL (about half a tea glass) of water or milk, then add the remaining 250 mL of water or milk and rinse again. Consume this prepared mixture during the day.

Mighty
Zucchini and carrots are grated. Some of the intense water formed after grating is separated and added to the soups you will cook later if you wish. A thick mortar is obtained by adding 1 teaspoon of flour, egg and cheese into the remaining grated zucchini and carrots.
Put 1 tablespoonful of it in the non-stick pan and keep it on low heat until both sides and inside are cooked. In addition, if you do not want to do this in the pan, the mortar is poured into the baking tray (you can put greaseproof paper) and baked in the oven in an average of 30-40 minutes.

Fish Soup
