General Rules in Your New Life


  • The amount of water you take from day one should reach 1 liter. Drink enough liquid between meals in the 3rd week when you switch to thicker foods. (1.5 liters per day)
  • Do not take liquid with solid foods. Wait at least 30 minutes for fluid intake.
  • Drink sips of liquid throughout the day without waiting for thirst. Because one of the most common causes of fatigue in the 1st month is insufficient fluid intake.
  • Stay away from soda, carbonated drinks, alcohol, high-calorie sugar-added fruit juices and coffee in the first month.
