The amount of water you take from day one should reach 1 liter. Drink enough liquid between meals in the 3rd week when you switch to thicker foods. (1.5 liters per day)
Do not take liquid with solid foods. Wait at least 30 minutes for fluid intake.
Drink sips of liquid throughout the day without waiting for thirst. Because one of the most common causes of fatigue in the 1st month is insufficient fluid intake.
Stay away from soda, carbonated drinks, alcohol, high-calorie sugar-added fruit juices and coffee in the first month.
